We endeavour to schedule regular catch up communications with all clients to ensure complete satisfaction with the work carried out. This also gives clients the opportunity to provide any feedback during the course of the contracted period and discuss any additional needs you may have.
We operate two clear pricing models so you can choose the option which best suits your needs.
Pay As You Go
Whether it’s an ad-hoc task that’s just landed on your desk or you feel you need a little extra support throughout the month, this flexible option gives you what you need, when you need it with no fixed costs and no unexpected bills.
£35/hr
Monthly Retainer
If you know that you need continuous support throughout the month, our monthly retainer packages give you great value and total flexibility. You can purchase support in blocks of 5 hours per week depending on the level of support that you require.
£30/hr
